EKOM spol. s r.o. is a Slovak company dealing with the development and production of medical equipment in particular and since 2000 also with thin sheet metal processing using CNC technology. The company´s main objective is to manufacture competitive products which meet the most-demanding market requirements and to improve product quality and the quality of manufacturing technologies systematically.

The core of Ekom´s product range consists of oil-free dental compressors, suction units as well as their accessories. All of them are designed for use in dental surgeries, dental laboratories and for small and middle sized central air supply systems.

Along with dental compressors company produces medical compressors for supplying lung ventilation equipment with medical grade air. Nowadays, in the field of medical compressors, EKOM has extended the range of well known compressors DK50 D and DK50 DM by new products – high-end DK50 DS (Smart line) and DK 50 DE (Easy line).

Self-lubricating piston rings made of Teflon, medically sound components, internal surface of air chambers covered with a protective layer, automatic dryers and filtration units are the guarantee of a high quality air supplied by Ekom compressors. Thanks to a low noise level and oil-free technology do Ekom products respect also environment protection requirements. Even this advantage makes the products very attractive worldwide and therefore Ekom spol. s r.o. exports 99% of annual production abroad.

Obviously the mentioned products meet the quality and safety standard in accordance with the international European directive MDD93/42 EEC (ISO9001:2000/ISO13485:2003), the American k510 (FDA) as well as the Canadian CMDCAS system.
